Yes, an ABUS U-Lock is provided free of charge with every rented bike.

Yes, we have some SPD pedals for mountain bikes and some clip pedals for road bikes. Bear in mind that the names of pedals vary in different parts of the world. If you want to be sure to have the right pedals for your shoes, please bring your own: our mechanic will help you fit them to the bike.

If you join one of our guided tours you are not responsible in the event the bike is stolen. This is the sole responsibility of TopBike Rental & Tours. However, if you rent a bike you are responsible for the bike itself and the hired equipment. In the event of theft you will be asked to refund TopBike in accordance with the wholesale price of the stolen equipment.

A helmet will be provided for you free of charge, with the bike.

Yes, we have some TUBUS Fly racks. They can be fitted on our alloy mountain bikes, speed bikes and road bikes. Carbon bikes cannot be fitted with racks. Our trekking bikes already come with a pre-fitted rack.

We are closed only on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

If you just need a bike to go around Rome, a couple of days in advance is usually sufficient. If you want to be sure of a specific model and size — high season empties Rome bike rentals fast — it is best to book at least one month ahead.

No. The one-day fee covers 10 am to 7 pm, same day. If you prefer, you can pick the bike up the evening before (7.30–8 pm) or return it the following morning (9–9.30 am) for an overnight fee of 5 euros.

Yes. Up to 15 days you book online as usual; for longer rentals, write to us by email for a personalized quote.

A wide range is available for rent: child bike seats, pannier bags, saddle bags, handlebar bags, smartphone and Garmin mounts, clip pedals, thermos flasks and more. Please note that not every accessory is compatible with each bike model.
