Infants under the age of 1 cannot take part in tours. From the age of 1 upwards, children may take part in a tour in the following ways:
Children that weigh less than 25kg may sit in a child seat on the back of a parent’s bike;
Children that weigh more than 25kg may ride a child extension attached to a parent’s bike;
From the age of 9 children that know how to ride a bike may use their own bicycle. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
Children may join the tour at no extra cost ONLY if they sit in a child seat on the back of their parent's bike. In any other case the charge for child participants is the same as for adults.
If all of your children who weigh more than 25 kg are over the age of 10 you can book both. However, a private tour gives you more freedom to customize the stops and itinerary according to your needs. If you have one or more child that weighs more than 25 kg but is younger than 10 years old, you may only book a private tour.

Tours which take place within the city of Rome are not challenging. The City Center tour is suitable for everyone; other tours require a minimum level of fitness. The pace is always slow and we stop regularly during the tour. The tours outside Rome require customers to be more experienced riders. Clients must know how to ride a bike for all the tours!
