TopBike Rental & Tours’ CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

Cancellation Policies:
If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the policy outlined below. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, terrorism, civil unrest or personal emergencies, unless you undersign TopBike Rental & Tours’ Holiday Cancellation Insurance. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a vacation early. Percentage charges are calculated on total trip cost.

* If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the holiday, rather than forfeit the cancellation fees, you may choose to keep your deposit (200 euros) in a holding account to use on a future TopBike Rental & Tours vacation with no expiration date.

Transfers:
You may transfer from one holiday to another up to 60 days before holiday departure without penalty, after which time the 200 euros deposit is due. When transferring to a different date or holiday, if it costs more than your original vacation, you must pay the difference.

Holiday Cancellation Insurance: 
It is possible to take out insurance against the risk of your reservation with TopBike Rental & Tours needing to be cancelled. If for any reason it is necessary to cancel a reservation, you will be refunded the entire sum paid after deduction of the deposit (200 euros). The cost of the insurance policy is equal to 5% of the total holiday cost. It is possible to cancel your reservation with TopBike Rental & Tours right up to the last 24 hours before the tour begins, but not once it has started. The holiday cancellation insurance must be undersigned on the reservation form.
